Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Royal Princess. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items cannot be returned:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Personalised or customised items

Gift cards or promotional items
To request a return, contact us at support@royalprincess.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your order and place a new one separately.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the damage

Your order number
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
