We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (e.g. jewellery box or pouch)

  • You must contact us before returning the item

We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


πŸ“¦ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Items marked as final sale


πŸ’° Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.


πŸ› οΈ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
